He holds a Bachelors’ degree in Business and Management – HR Option from Egerton University. He is also a Certified Public Secretary (CPS-K) 2007 and Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K) practicing in Kenya. He is an exemplary scholar who has been honored five times by various institutes for outstanding performance in different professional areas.
In his career, he has been a key facilitator in winning several corporate Awards in the companies where he Headed HR and Operations. He has deep understanding in last mile distribution in East Africa having worked in Pay-Go market establishment for over 10 years.
Coach BK is a practicing member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) in good standing. He has a knack for corporate strategy design and implementation. He is a zealous coach for career, life, corporate strategy and entrepreneurship. He is an astute mobilizer and the co-founder of BESCON group of Companies. His passion is in employees’ wellness, corporate strategy and poverty alleviation.
